
Lloyds Banking Group - Wealth Management
Three distinct business units were amalgamated to form Lloyds TSB Wealth Management. Georgia Group was tasked with bringing the three units (numbering 3,400 people) together under the umbrella of a new single entity and way of working. In order to then develop the leadership capability of the top 85 leaders GG designed and delivered a leadership Message and 3 day leadership programme to embed the new culture.

ATLAS Consortium
Lead partner with Fujitsu, Logica, Cassidean (formerly EADS) and General Dynamics. Full Defence Information Infrastructure for the UK MOD and Armed forces globally. Manley Hopkinson was invited to engage on a leadership cultural change programme as the Director of Organisation, People and Partners. Within two years the programme is now hailed as a success, staff engagement up from 24% to 78% and on-going discussions on contract extension with MOD. HPO was the decisive driver behind the cultural shift.

Hewlett Packard Defence UK
Georgia Group's Manley Hopkinson was seconded as a board member as Head of Organisational Effectiveness during a tough time of no new sales in 7 years and a loose amalgamation of discreet contracts. He introduced and delivered High Performance (HPO) to bring the whole together under a new operating model and with a defined leadership culture. HPO is now a large part of the cultural shift and has been fully incorporated into the business. We are actively engaged as mentors and coaches on HPO and Leadership.

House of Fraser
The CEO and main board launched the new vision and values in the summer of 2011. They had an immediate requirement to engage 2,500 managers in 10 weeks, in order to engage a further 18,000 colleagues in the business. A bespoke programme was assembled and delivered at the same time as GAME Group. The recommendation from the CEO is now in place and they have now taken 18,000 people through this programme. A further programme of leadership development is scheduled for 2012.

Teleflex EMEA
Manley Hopkinson successfully brought together the EMEA board to create a cohesive board team with an agreed purpose and agreed leadership culture. We are currently designing and delivering an HPO focused Coherent Leadership Culture programme across the whole of Teleflex EMEA.

Shop Direct Group
An organisation formed from the merger of former businesses, owned by the Barclay Brothers. Georgia Group was invited by the shareholders to facilitate the development of a single company purpose, vision and values. This involved the top 385 managers in the business and the shareholders. Following the merger Georgia Group was tasked to develop these 385 leaders in line with the new direction.
